Fixes

- Fixed an issue where chat messages randomly would display an ore vein HP bar.
- Fixed an issue where PvP markers would sometimes disappear for no apparent reason.
- Fixed the Gold Fever nugget drop for Wu-Kong.
- Fixed the Sura weakness at elite bosses not affecting Black Magic Sura attacks.
- Fixed the rage mode of Elite Warlock.
