DevBlog #16
Lets continue with more information about the upcoming updates. As always, we will keep you informed about our next steps and whats coming next. We are almost there!
System UI Rework
Some of our systems currently have noticeably different designs, as they were developed and worked on by different people over time. We want to create a more consistent look and feel across the entire game. Thats why we will gradually be reviewing and updating various UIs and systems to bring them more in line with our overall design. This will include visual improvements as well as adding or improving features where necessary.
Belt Slot Rework
We have already reworked many of our systems and the next major rework will focus on the Belt System, specifically the belt slots. In the past, there were no permanent Red Flame Stones. We want to change that and give the entire belt slot system more depth at the same time. Previously Red Flame Stones simply dropped directly and could be inserted into the belt slots. We want to make the process more detailed and engaging, similar to how the ores works. As part of this rework, all belt slots will be removed from belts, and all splinters and Red Flame Stones will be removed from the game. So do yourself a favor and dont stock up on these items. They will be removed when the update goes live, with no compensation.
Quality of Life
We have been looking into Quality of Life improvements again and are introducing a new feature that should make inventory management much more enjoyable. We will continue to add more Quality of Life features over time to make gameplay smoother and more enjoyable.
Evolved Pet System Addition
With the introduction of the new Low Elite Arena, we are planning an expansion for levelable pets.
As with many systems in our game, these pets will now also have the chance to receive a mutation. Dont worry, your existing pets will not be devalued or made obsolete by this change. You can also mutate existing pets.
You will see the exact details once the update goes live.
For your information, this is a small feature from our Content Update 1.0 that youre getting now.
