New beta performance client

Dear Community,

over the past few days, we have received a substantial amount of feedback from our community, with a strong emphasis on the need for performance improvement. As a result, we have dedicated significant effort to enhancing both server and client performance. Today, we are excited to invite you to test our new BETA PERFORMANCE CLIENT.

Please be aware that the new Performance Client is currently in its beta phase, which means that occasional visual glitches and bugs may occur. It is of paramount importance that we thoroughly evaluate the new client to identify and address any issues. We kindly request that you promptly share any encountered bugs in a dedicated Discord channel and if possible, include images or GIFs to illustrate the problems.


What we need to test:

  • The functionality of all accessible systems
  • Anything that triggers or involves visual effects
  • The effectiveness of all skills
  • Occurrences of FPS drops
  • Open PvP scenarios
  • Responses to large player gatherings in specific areas
  • The reliability of logins, teleports, and channel switches


At 20:30 servertime, we will perform a stress test for the client. We will request all players to gather at a designated location. PvP players are encouraged to engage in PvP battles, while PvM players can continue their activities simultaneously. We will announce the location ingame!


We kindly urge you to refrain from interfering with PvM players during their testing and avoid initiating any attacks against them. All additional details will be communicated ingame. We look forward to an exceptionally productive testing phase and hope for a successful performance update!

Hey! A lot of you have waited for this moment. We have been asked about this so many times.

The final moment has come. We will bring the old vibe with Hwang King Armors, Heavenly Sword, Lunar Sword etc to the game as a costume set.

To give this special costumes the legendary vibe it has, we decided to make it as a special limited sale because we made this the last time 5 months ago. So it will get the value it has to be ingame.

All swords are wearable for all classes that can use a sword. The sale will take place tomorrow at sunday. We will announce a time some hours before.

  • We've introduced a new design for the shop search.
  • We've added an NPC Shining.
  • We've integrated the 14-day costumes from the summer event into the NPC's shop for sale.
  • We've included a new crafting option for costumes at Event NPC Lia.


FIXES:
  • We've fixed an issue where a fish was providing the wrong bonus.
  • We've fixed a bug where the Buffbot's buff was occasionally calculated incorrectly.
  • We've fixed an error where the effects of certain fish were lost after a player's death.
  • We've fixed a visual error in the item descriptions of certain costumes.

DevBlog #11 - Content Update Information [german]

Willkommen zum DevBlog von Shiva. Heute geht es um das Content Update 1.0, welches euch in einigen Wochen zur Verfügung stehen soll. Wir werden heute darüber berichten welche Erweiterungen euch erwarten werden. Wir sprechen hier allerdings nur die größten an. Neben all den angesprochenen Dingen gibt es natürlich weitaus mehr zu entdecken.



1. Das Maximal Level


Da wir das Oldschool Feeling noch aufrecht erhalten wollen, wird es bei dem Maximal Level von 99 bleiben.
Allerdings wird es weitere neue Biologenquests geben.



2. Neue Ausrüstung


Es wird neues Equipment für den Level 90er Bereich geben.
Unter Anderem wird es eine Erweiterung für alle 75er und 80er Waffen geben. Rüstungen werden ebenfalls weiter verstärkt werden können.
Es wird ebenfalls neuen Schmuck und neue Schilde geben.



3. Neue Map


Euch erwartet eine neue Map mit 6 verschiedene Biomen.
Jedes Biom wird von unterschiedlichen Elementverteidigungen und Stark gegen Boni vertreten. Es gibt besondere Map-Events, welche von Spielern absolviert werden können.
Jedes Areal dieser Map birgt verschiedene Monster, Metinsteine, Bosse und somit auch Drops. Ebenfalls findet ein neuer Eliteboss Einzug auf die neue Map. Auf dieser Map
wird es einige neue Quests zu erledigen geben.



4. Neue Dungeons


Wir halten 3 neue Dungeons im Content Update 1.0 für euch bereit. Es sind alle Dungeons Solo möglich aber in dem einen oder anderen wird eine Gruppe auch keine schlechte Option sein. 
Wir haben uns wieder 3 neue Mechaniken für euch ausgedacht, welche den Dungeons ein erfrischendes Gefühl geben soll. In zumindest 2 der 3 neuen Dungeons werden besser ausgerüstete Spieler auch mit mehr Beute belohnt. Es erwartet euch eine Challenge!

5. Energie System


Das Energie System haben wir komplett überarbeitet. Es ist nicht mehr mit dem Original System wie man es kennt zu vergleichen.
Ihr könnt euren Energiekristall mit Schriftrollen verbessern, Boni hinzufügen und sogar Boni verändern.
Bis zum perfekten Energiekristall ist es ein langer Weg, aber dieser lohnt sich. Lasst euch überraschen.

6. Shining System


Um seinen eigenen Charakter noch mehr individualisieren zu können, werden wir ein Shining System einfügen.
Dieses wird ähnlich wie das Kostüm System funktionieren.
Man wird seine Shinings verbessern können, Boni hinzufügen und verändern können.

7. World Boss


Neben einem anderen PvP System, welches vorerst unter Verschluss bleibt, werden wir einen Worldboss einführen der einmal täglich spawnt.
Am Kampf teilnehmen können allerdings nur Charaktere, welche die Zugangsquest für die neue Map erledigt haben und somit auch ein gewisses Mindestlevel erreicht haben müssen.
